BOLTON – Voters turned out Monday for a special election, choosing Tom Frain to fill out the Board of Selectmen. Frain was elected to fill the seat vacated by Larry Delaney, who resigned shortly after he was re-elected in the spring, following two contentious town meetings. More than 650 voters chose Frain over Ken Troup by a vote of 353-296.
